What is Public Adjuster?

A public adjuster is an individual that advises and assists residential property owners or commercial businesses when they have occasion to make an insurance claim with their insurance company. The public adjuster acts as an advocate for the insured party and does the bulk of the legwork in gathering information and meeting with the insurance company’s claim representatives, protecting all subrogation possibilities, etc.

Why should I hire a Public Adjuster?

It is a fact that claims handled by public adjusters get paid at a higher dollar amount than those handled by the insured. Insurance companies do not work on behalf of their insured and want to pay out as little compensation as possible, thus maximizing their own profits.
